Cancellation & Refund Policy

No refunds will be given for passengers on per head group tours for cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to the reserved trip.
Cancellations for private tours made 7 days or more from the tour time will receive a full refund (minus the non-refundable deposit), tours cancelled 3 to 7 days prior to the tour time will receive a 50% refund (minus the non-refundable deposit) (click here to learn more about our policy).
No refunds will be issued for private tours for cancellations made less than 3 days prior to the reserved trip.
No refunds will be issued for no-shows or noncompliance.
The card holder is responsible for all merchant fees and VAT.
Refunds are issued immediately, though it may take a few business days for the transaction to appear on your statement, depending on your bank.

Inclement Weather

All tours are subject to weather conditions. We prioritize rescheduling over cancellation whenever possible. If a tour cannot proceed due to weather and rescheduling is not an option for you, you will receive a full refund, including your non-refundable deposits (minus any potential merchant fees).
It is your responsibility to check your email 12-24 hours before your tour for any weather updates, cancellations, or rescheduling notices.
