Important things to know

Cancellation & Refund Policy

• Cancellations for private tours made 7 days or more from the tour time will receive a full refund (minus the non-refundable deposit), tours cancelled 3 to 7 days prior to the tour time will receive a 50% refund (minus the non-refundable deposit) (click here to learn more about our policy).

• No refunds will be issued for private tours for cancellations made less than 3 days prior to the reserved trip.

• No refunds will be issued for no-shows or noncompliance.

• The card holder is responsible for all merchant fees and VAT.

• Refunds are issued immediately, though it may take a few business days for the transaction to appear on your statement, depending on your bank.

InclementWeather

• All tours are subject to weather conditions. We prioritize rescheduling over cancellation whenever possible. If a tour cannot proceed due to weather and rescheduling is not an option for you, you will receive a full refund, including your non-refundable deposits (minus any potential merchant fees).

• Weather forecasts are not always accurate and conditions may vary by location. The Captain reserves the sole and final right to determine whether weather and sea conditions are safe and suitable for operation. Any decision to modify, delay/reschedule, or cancel a tour due to weather, sea state, visibility, lightning, wind, or other safety concerns shall be made exclusively by the Captain. Refunds, credits, or rescheduling options, if applicable, will be provided in accordance with our cancellation and weather policies.

• It is your responsibility to check your email 12-24 hours before your tour for any weather updates, cancellations, or rescheduling notices.

Tour Restrictions
Our tours are not suitable for the following

• Pregnant people

• Infants or children under the age of 3 years old (please connect with us if your child is younger than 3 and you would like to see if there is a suitable route or option)

• Individuals with pre-existing conditions such as back, knee, or neck concerns, heart conditions, or other health issues that may be aggravated by high-speed travel. (Click here to find out more in the FAQs under: Who is this tour not suitable for?)

• Important to note: For safety reasons, age restrictions apply for snorkelling. Please note that younger children or those without prior snorkelling experience may not be able to participate in this activity.

Guests 17 years old and younger must be accompanied by an adult.

Every participant must sign a liability waiver prior to the tour.
